A sloping sinamay beret with an arrangement of quills and feathers on top that emphasizes the neatly pointed finish of the base shape, Penelope enhances the fusion of soft, hand cut feathers, striking quills and a smooth, feminine shaping.
 
Like all of our headpieces, Penelope can be made in any preferred colour combination.
 
This headpiece is secured with a neutral coloured cotton wrapped millinery elastic that sits snugly behind the ears and the bottom of the hairline at the back, above the neck.
 
Please note that whilst we usually request a six week lead to create your headpiece, we can often complete in a shorter time frame- just let us know when your event is and we can adjust our scheduling accordingly.
